Catherine has been a qualified, practising Remedial Massage Therapist since 2002. As a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Paediatric Massage Consultant, Catherine enjoys empowering both parents and caregivers by giving them the instruction to feel confident to massage their babies and children.

Catherine regularly works and co-ordinates with a variety of health practitioners to achieve complete health for her clients and their individual needs. She has created a niche for herself with her ability to communicate with various practitioners to complement the current health and medical treatments that her clients may be undertaking. Her international training in China and Hawaii to gain experience in traditional massage styles has given Catherine an extensive range of methods and abilities for remedial treatments. She has experience in treating a variety of people and conditions, from babies and children to adults; from semi-professional athletes to common workplace problems. She has experience in treating a wide range of conditions such as oedema and MS, and post-cancer treatment patients. She has also provided post-natal massage therapy at the Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick.

Catherine is a professional member of the Infant Massage Service (IMIS), and an accredited member of both the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT), so you can feel confident that practices are current.
