Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and failure to attend appointments not only affect our bottom line and, in turn our affordability, it means that other clients cannot book those times with us.  Having a cancellation policy keeps things fair for everybody.

Please be mindful of the cancellation policy:

• Cancellation outside 24 hours of appointment: no charge
• Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment: 50% charge
• Cancellation within 12 hours of appointment: 100% charge
• Failure to attend appointment without notice: 100% charge
